National Benefits Survey

Please consider this your invitation to participate in a National Employee Benefits Survey, hosted by Lockton.

The survey closes on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Survey topics cover:

• Cost management strategies – plan design, network strategy, pharmacy, eligibility
• Access & quality of care – chronic condition management, GLP-1 strategies, care access, mental health
• Workforce support – family planning, caregiving, affordability, financial wellness, communication
• Artificial Intelligence

Survey results will be available in late Spring to all respondents, in time to support discussion for your 2027 benefits strategy. There will be a specific healthcare breakout along with nationwide metrics for review.
